Downtown Easter Treats

These Pop Chickens from Fantasy Island Toys would make any child smile
on Easter morning.

It's common knowledge that the Easter Bunny shops in Downtown Fairhope.  I've seen him there many times!  Fantasy Island Toys was always a favorite stopping place for the long-eared guy when my children were younger. Now the Bunny usually pleases with candy and cash.

Glow in the dark mustaches may be appropriate for any age.

Fantasy Island Toys always has a huge table of goodies just waiting for the right child.

If only I would have had a bunny rabbit handbag as a child . . . wait, why not carry one now?  Hmmmm.

Payback time for the neighbors who leave their garbage cans out for three days straight
. . .  give their kids slide whistles!

Across the street at The Picture Show, you can find beautiful decorations for your home.

The Picture Show is one of my favorite Downtown shops and always has gorgeous arrangements.

But if you cross back over Fairhope Avenue again, you will find Brenny's Jewelry Store, where I hope the Easter Bunny finds a little something for my basket.

This beautiful ring was made in the 1920's and features two old European cut diamonds which total 1.85 carats, with a center sapphire of 1.10 carats, all set in platinum.

Easter Bunnies like "carats," don't they?

Thank you, Easter Bunny!

Mustaches...I must have mustaches in the Easter Baskets! Hubby loves them (oh the kids do too, but not as much as hubby). ;)

Thank you for your thoughtful comment on my post about my son.

I have always given my girls baskets without candy. I found they enjoy toys and other goodies far longer. These are great ideas. Nice Post!
